  • A genuine passion for helping customers and a natural empathy for pet owners.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Independence in work style while valuing teamwork and open communication.
  • Based in the London area with valid UK Right to Work.
  • Willingness to travel to Amsterdam several times a year.
  • A true love for dogs and enthusiasm for a dog-centered mission.

Benefits

  • 25 days of holiday plus 8 bank holidays
  • 5 paws days—extra time off to spend with your dog
  • An additional day of holiday for each year of service
  • £500 annual budget for learning and development
  • Employee discount on products
  • Subsidised private medical insurance through Vitality
  • Enhanced parental leave: 52 weeks’ maternity (26 fully paid), 6 weeks’ fully paid paternity/secondary leave
  • Cycle to work scheme
  • Flexible hybrid working model
  • Regular team events and seasonal company-wide celebrations

Work Mode

You’ll work five days a week between Monday and Saturday, with shifts rotating to include bank holidays. At least one day per week—typically Wednesday—is spent in the London office. Some flexibility is expected for future adjustments, including potential Sunday or evening coverage as the business grows.

Interview Process

  1. Initial video call (30 minutes) with a recruiter in Dutch.
  2. A take-home task completed in either Dutch or French to demonstrate your approach.
  3. Online technical discussion with the Hiring Manager and a Senior team member.
  4. Final in-person interview at the London office.
