As a key member of the Customer Love team, you’ll be the main point of contact for pet owners in the Benelux region, delivering attentive and empathetic support in Dutch, French, and English. Your role is central to building trust and delighting customers through every interaction—whether by phone, email, live chat, or social media.

Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch, French, and English—spoken and written.
- A genuine passion for helping customers and a natural empathy for pet owners.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Independence in work style while valuing teamwork and open communication.
- Based in the London area with valid UK Right to Work.
- Willingness to travel to Amsterdam several times a year.
- A true love for dogs and enthusiasm for a dog-centered mission.

Work Mode
You’ll work five days a week between Monday and Saturday, with shifts rotating to include bank holidays. At least one day per week—typically Wednesday—is spent in the London office. Some flexibility is expected for future adjustments, including potential Sunday or evening coverage as the business grows.
Interview Process
- Initial video call (30 minutes) with a recruiter in Dutch.
- A take-home task completed in either Dutch or French to demonstrate your approach.
- Online technical discussion with the Hiring Manager and a Senior team member.
- Final in-person interview at the London office.
