Responsibilities

  • Stays up to date with all platforms used for sales and order processing.
  • Supports retailers in their online operations and digital activities.
  • Welcomes change and consistently applies newly acquired training.
  • Becomes proficient in company policies, promotional programs, shipping guidelines, and product details.
  • Provides customers with accurate information on order status, delivery timelines, product availability, pricing, and ongoing promotions.
  • Collaborates with logistics teams to arrange special deliveries and resolve inventory-related issues.
  • Handles customer inquiries with accountability and positivity, fostering strong relationships with clients and coworkers.
  • Adapts creatively and flexibly to meet evolving customer service expectations.
  • Gathers and assesses relevant details to resolve complaints or escalate issues appropriately.
  • Delivers high-quality customer support through phone and written communication.
  • Uses emotional intelligence to collaborate with diverse individuals and seeks feedback for personal development.
  • Efficiently uses internal systems and resources to deliver accurate and timely solutions to customer questions.
