Responsibilities
- Support store operations during early or late hours, including opening and closing shifts
- Perform regular inventory checks, restock shelves, handle returns, and organize incoming merchandise
- Apply visual merchandising guidelines to enhance store appeal and customer engagement
- Foster a friendly and inviting atmosphere for all guests
- Deliver positive, memorable interactions that enrich the customer experience
- Use product knowledge to share engaging stories about merchandise
- Interact directly with customers to understand needs and offer personalized service
- Select and present tailored product groupings based on individual customer preferences
- Demonstrate behaviors aligned with company performance values
- Stay informed about new products, special offers, and company initiatives
- Promote a culture where health and safety are prioritized by all team members
- Respond promptly to customer input and concerns
