Responsibilities
- Assist with daily store operations, including early morning or late evening shifts starting at 5 AM or ending at 10 PM
- Perform regular inventory checks, restock shelves, handle product returns, and organize incoming merchandise
- Apply visual merchandising guidelines to design an engaging and attractive store layout
- Foster a friendly and inclusive atmosphere for all customers
- Enhance customer experiences by bringing moments of delight during their visit
- Use product knowledge to share compelling stories about items in the store
- Interact directly with customers on the sales floor to understand their needs
- Select and recommend tailored product groupings based on individual customer preferences
- Demonstrate the company’s core performance values through actions and behavior
- Stay informed about new products, special offers, and company initiatives
- Support a culture where health and safety are prioritized for both team members and customers
- Respond promptly and effectively to customer feedback
- Take responsibility for personal accountability and encourage it in others
- Take initiative in personal growth and offer ongoing feedback to peers and leadership
- Suggest improvements to leadership for enhancing both employee and customer experiences
