Responsibilities
- Foster a friendly and inviting atmosphere in retail locations
- Enhance customer interactions by bringing positivity and enthusiasm
- Use product knowledge to share engaging narratives with customers
- Interact meaningfully with customers on the sales floor
- Personalize product selections based on individual customer preferences
- Assist with store operations outside of regular business hours
- Perform inventory audits, restock shelves, process returns, organize stock, and handle incoming shipments
- Apply visual merchandising guidelines to design an attractive and dynamic store layout
- Maintain compliance with established visual presentation standards
- Stay informed about new product releases, special offers, and company initiatives
- Promote a workplace culture where health and safety are prioritized and everyone contributes to a secure environment
- Respond promptly and appropriately to customer comments and concerns
- Promote accountability among team members and within personal responsibilities
- Take initiative in personal growth and offer ongoing, constructive input to peers and management
- Suggest improvements to enhance both employee and customer satisfaction to leadership
