Stord, Inc. is seeking a Customer Experience Manager to own and enhance the customer journey for our Standalone Parcel offering. You will be the primary point of contact for parcel clients, ensuring their operational success and satisfaction while collaborating internally to optimize service delivery.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary relationship manager for Standalone Parcel customers, acting as their trusted advisor.
- Monitor customer health metrics, proactively identify risks, and implement resolution strategies.
- Gather and synthesize customer feedback to drive improvements in parcel products and processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Product) to advocate for customer needs and ensure service excellence.
- Develop and maintain deep expertise in Stord's parcel solutions to effectively guide and support clients.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a customer-facing account management, customer success, or client services role.
- Strong understanding of logistics, supply chain, and parcel shipping operations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to analyze data, translate insights into action, and manage multiple priorities.
- A collaborative mindset with a track record of building strong internal and external relationships.
