About the Role

Freeman is seeking a Customer Experience Insights Analyst to provide analytical support and deliver actionable business insights regarding customer experience. This role transforms data into meaningful visualizations and reports to drive strategic decisions across the organization.

What You'll Do

  • Act as a trusted data interpreter and modeler, creating insightful analysis and data visualizations.
  • Transform data into meaningful insights to assist in decision-making.
  • Analyze and interpret results to derive customer insights and identify operational trends.
  • Analyze survey and operational data to identify customer pain points and improvement opportunities.
  • Use customer insights to prioritize experience requirements and recommend improvements.
  • Share results and insights professionally and in a timely manner.
  • Align customer experience data with other internal and secondary data sources.
  • Work with business leaders to understand analysis needs and develop technical requirements.
  • Design, develop, and deploy automated reports and dashboards using Power BI and Advanced Excel.
  • Analyze large, complex data sets to determine actionable business insights.
  • Combine disparate data from multiple sources to complete analysis.
  • Identify and implement automation opportunities within reporting and data workflows.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for Power BI and data visualization, supporting governance and adoption.
  • Partner with Data Engineering, IT, and MDM teams to ensure smooth data flow and accuracy.
  • Represent Customer Data & Insights on various forums.
  • Connect with other analytical teams and stay informed of relevant research.
  • Maintain accurate project lists and provide transparent reporting to leadership.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in an analytical field like Math, Statistics, Economics, Finance, or Business.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing research, customer insights, financial analysis, or a related field.
  • Experience working with large datasets, business analysis, and data visualization.
