About the Role

This position requires deep expertise in Customer Experience Cloud technologies and artificial intelligence to design, implement, and optimize intelligent customer service ecosystems for enterprise clients.

Responsibilities

  • Architect integrated solutions using Customer Experience Cloud platforms
  • Design AI-driven workflows to improve customer service automation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy scalable cloud solutions
  • Analyze client requirements to tailor AI-enhanced service experiences
  • Lead technical discussions with stakeholders on system capabilities
  • Develop proof-of-concept models for AI integration scenarios
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex system integration issues
  • Provide subject matter expertise during implementation phases
  • Stay current with advancements in AI and cloud technologies
  • Document technical designs and solution architectures
  • Support testing and validation of AI-powered service features
  • Optimize system performance for high-availability environments
  • Guide clients through digital transformation initiatives
  • Ensure solutions align with security and compliance standards
  • Deliver post-deployment support and knowledge transfer
