TD Canada Trust is hiring a Customer Experience Associate to deliver exceptional customer service, process financial transactions, and build lasting customer relationships. Guided by our vision to Be the Better Bank, you'll enrich the lives of customers and the community in Regina.
What You'll Do
- Process financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments in accordance with procedures and regulations.
- Understand customer needs to recommend personalized banking solutions while exercising discretion.
- Resolve customer concerns using standard procedures and escalating non-standard activities when necessary.
- Achieve assigned goals by promoting banking solutions and completing processes accurately and on time.
- Connect personally with customers to provide clear advice on solutions and processes.
- Help build a positive, diverse, and equitable work environment by promoting team effectiveness.
- Assist the team by respecting coworkers and keeping others informed on routine activities.
- Deliver quality customer experiences and recommend operational improvements.
What We're Looking For
- A High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills for a fast-paced environment.
- Hands-on knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the internet.
- Initiative, accuracy, and detail orientation to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to connect calmly and courteously.

- An Undergraduate degree or equivalent.
