What You'll Do
Act as a trusted advisor to clients through regular site visits, fostering strong relationships and gaining insight into operational needs and facility performance. You'll assess customer environments, including chiller plant operations and facility management practices, to identify opportunities for preventive maintenance, system upgrades, and improved efficiency.
Monitor service delivery to ensure it meets quality standards and timelines, advocating for the customer while aligning with company objectives. Use your understanding of HVAC systems and standard service offerings to guide clients toward optimal solutions and support informed decision-making.
Manage the full lifecycle of service engagements—from order initiation and project tracking to invoicing, revenue recognition, and follow-up. Collaborate with technical and after-sales teams to ensure seamless execution and high satisfaction. Help expand market presence by strengthening Trane's advisory role in industrial after-sales services.
Requirements
- Hold a bachelor’s degree or higher
- Demonstrate experience in consultative customer service roles with measurable success
- Apply modern consultative techniques to understand client goals and deliver value-driven recommendations
- Display strong interpersonal and communication abilities with a collaborative mindset
- Be proficient in standard office software applications
- Thrive in team environments and contribute actively to shared outcomes
Preferred Qualifications
- Five or more years of experience in the HVAC or related industrial service sector
- Familiarity with central air conditioning systems, mechanical rooms, water systems, terminal units, and control technologies
