Mdlz (Mondelēz International) is hiring a Customer Category Manager to lead our growth strategy with key customers. In this role, you will partner directly with customers to develop and execute plans that drive mutual success. Your mission will be to build strong relationships, ensure strategic alignment, and optimize resources to maximize profitability.
What You'll Do
- Develop and drive broad customer relationships across all levels, with a key focus on building strategic partnerships.
- Execute the customer-specific strategy to achieve growth objectives.
- Ensure the delivery of the Joint Customer Business Plan (JCBP).
- Optimize the use of resources to increase profitability in operations.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 1-3 years in a customer-facing role within the FMCG/CPG industry with proven selling and negotiating experience.
- A track record of successful relationship building and partnership development.
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Previous experience in trade management and budgeting.
- Strong organizational skills and acute attention to detail.
- Experience in customer-facing roles, growing revenue and market share.
- Proven ability to deliver results and solve problems effectively.
- Understanding of multiple customers, including their go-to-market strategies, organizational structure, and business practices.
- Strong negotiating and influencing skills.
Nice to Have
- HQ selling experience is a plus.
