Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts, including local, regional, and global clients.
- Manage the full order lifecycle from initial receipt through to product delivery.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer orders and maintain a consolidated delivery timeline.
- Collaborate with logistics providers and supply locations on shipment details, including vessel or flight information and import documentation such as invoices, packing lists, certificates of analysis, and certificates of origin.
- Send order confirmations to customers to verify receipt of their requests.
- Act as a liaison between quality assurance teams and sales representatives to resolve customer complaints.
- Perform additional tasks as requested by management.
- Conduct monthly follow-ups on customer demand forecasts and update the system accordingly.
