Givaudan is looking for a Customer Care Specialist to provide excellent service to customers in Thailand, ensuring prompt order execution and delivery. You will join a company that values an inspiring teamwork culture, believes diversity drives innovation, and fosters an inclusive environment.
What You'll Do
- Be the main contact point for assigned customer accounts (local, regional, international).
- Handle order entry from receipt to delivery of goods.
- Ensure prompt and timely execution of customer orders and the consolidated delivery schedule.
- Liaise with forwarders and sourcing sites on vessel/flight details and import shipping documents.
- Send order confirmations to customers to acknowledge receipt.
- Coordinate between the QA team and salesperson for customer complaints.
- Perform monthly follow-up of customers’ forecasts and upload them in the system.
- Handle other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For
- A bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Fluent in both English and Thai.
Nice to Have
- Minimum 2 years of Customer Service experience, preferably in Chemical or FMCG.
- Familiarity with the SAP system.
