CROSS BORDER TALENTS is hiring a Customer Advisor Danish or Norwegian, Warsaw Poland

Tasks: • Perform inbound calls, chats in Danish • Advise partners on flights, products, prices, fares, rules, and online services contributing to the success of our client. • Change the reservation both in time and destination, change of personal data • Handle special service requests (wheelchairs, special assistance, animals) • Deal with cancellation and refund of tickets • Help in purchasing airline tickets and handling different payment methods. • Support customers with travel difficulties.
