Central is hiring a Customer Activation and Operations

About the Role

Central is looking for a Customer Activation and Operations specialist to onboard new and migrating customers by transferring their data into our platform. You will ensure smooth transitions, maintain high data quality, and constantly improve the customer journey.

What You'll Do

  • Onboard new and migrating customers, transferring their data into Central
  • Review data for accuracy
  • Coordinate with teammates to complete migrations quickly and smoothly
  • Track progress, flag blockers, and ensure no steps are missed
  • Identify process improvements to make onboarding faster and easier each time

What We're Looking For

  • Strong communicator who can guide customers through complex onboarding and migrations
  • 5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles
  • Highly proficient in simple data analysis for cleanup and transfer
  • Exceptionally organized with a knack for keeping multiple projects on track
  • Process-driven and detail-oriented
  • Able to quickly jump in to thorny issues, diagnose them, and pull in the right resources to resolve it
