Requirements
- Basic computer skills required, including email, online training systems, and simple data entry or reporting
- Ability to perform physical work, including lifting, walking, standing, bending, and working indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
- Ability to support snow and ice removal, grounds upkeep, and seasonal exterior work as needed
- Strong communication skills and the ability to follow site procedures, safety practices, and operational direction
- Ability to work flexible hours when needed to support site conditions, weather events, or operational priorities
Nice to Have
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in custodial, janitorial, grounds, or facilities support work
- Experience operating cleaning equipment, grounds equipment, or similar tools
Work Arrangement
On-site — Denver, Colorado

- Shift: Monday-Friday (7am-3pm)
