Responsibilities
- Adhere to established environmental, safety, and health procedures during daily tasks
- Produce cured tires that comply with defined quality criteria
- Operate curing equipment efficiently to meet shift-based production targets
- Use available resources effectively and responsibly
- Halt and report any activity that deviates from production specifications to the shift supervisor immediately

- Follow the internal ESH work instructions in the daily work
- Cured tire which meet the quality standard
- Skillfully operate in Curing area to have the output which meet production plan per each shift
- Utilize given resources worthily
- Upon finding any operation behavior against production operation specifications, immediately stop it and report to shift leader
