Join GeoFoundation as our CTO & Co-Founder and become the third key member of a motivated founding team. You will architect a new generation of agentic AI platforms specifically for the manufacturing industry, making strategic decisions on technology, roadmap, and system design from the ground up.

What You'll Do

Shape and build a new generation of agentic AI platforms for the manufacturing industry.
Decide on the tech stack, roadmap, and architecture in close alignment with the company's vision.
Act as a driving force within a small, motivated founding team, taking full ownership of technical direction.

What We're Looking For

Profound understanding of LLMs and AI agents (e.g., OpenAI, LangChain, LangGraph, Huggingface).
Knowledge of RAG pipelines and evaluation methodologies.
Experience developing ML-based applications using PyTorch and transformers.
Hands-on expertise with at least one backend framework: Python (FastAPI/Django/Flask), Node.js (Express/NestJS), or Java (Spring Boot).
Experience designing and implementing REST APIs and distributed microservices.
High level of experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Skills in CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes.
Experience building robust frontend applications with TypeScript and a modern framework (e.g., React, Vue).
Enjoy responsibility, co-creation, and entrepreneurial work, with motivation to help shape a company from scratch.

Nice to Have

Experience with event-driven systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
Understanding of monitoring, OAuth2/JWT, and security best practices.
Background in SQL/NoSQL databases and data integration.
Domain expertise in risk management or geopolitics.
