Raison was looking for a Sales Support Manager

Raison is seeking a Sales Support Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be a key player on our international investment platform, focusing on maintaining strong relationships with our High Net Worth Individual clients and ensuring they receive a high level of service.

What You'll Do

  • Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with existing clients.
  • Ensure a high level of service, trust, and comfort—acting as a friendly and reliable point of contact.
  • Manage internal systems such as CRM (Pipedrive), Slack, and Google Sheets.
  • Prepare regular reports for the sales team and leadership.
  • Handle post-sale client support and communication.
  • Collaborate with the compliance team on client verification and regulatory checks.
  • Cooperate with cross-functional teams to resolve client issues and improve internal processes.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in customer service, sales support, or client success roles.
  • Strong client-oriented mindset with excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
  • Ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems (like Pipedrive), Google Sheets, and Slack.
  • Self-organized and able to work efficiently in a remote setting.

Nice to Have

  • English language proficiency is a plus but not mandatory.
