About the Role
This role is responsible for maintaining and optimizing the Clinical Trial Management System through data oversight, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration to support clinical operations.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain data integrity within the Clinical Trial Management System
- Support system workflows related to clinical trial planning and execution
- Assist in user onboarding, training, and ongoing system support
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely data entry and reporting
- Identify and resolve system discrepancies or data inconsistencies
- Generate reports and dashboards for operational insights
- Participate in system upgrades, testing, and validation activities
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies
- Document processes and maintain system-related standard operating procedures
- Coordinate with IT and external vendors on system functionality
- Track key performance metrics related to CTMS utilization
- Facilitate data audits and support inspection readiness
- Improve user adoption through feedback collection and system optimization
- Manage user access permissions and role-based configurations
- Support integration of CTMS with other clinical systems
- Assist in the development of training materials for new features
- Respond to user inquiries and troubleshoot system issues
- Maintain logs for system changes and configuration updates
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives for operational efficiency
- Ensure data security and confidentiality in line with protocols
