The CSR Program Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day operation and administration of social impact, volunteering, and community engagement programs. This role ensures CSR initiatives are delivered smoothly, consistently, and in alignment with established guidelines and priorities set by the CSR director.
This role is highly operational and employee-facing, focused on execution, coordination, and support. The emphasis is on reliability, organization, strong proactive communication, and follow-through so we can ensure programs work in practice and that employees and partners have a positive, well-supported experience. Confidence and fluency when communicating in English is important.
In addition to supporting existing programs, this role will also help identify and develop meaningful opportunities for employee engagement. This includes researching and communicating with nonprofit partners, helping assess which opportunities are a strong fit for employees and locations, and assisting in shaping activities that are impactful, feasible, and engaging.
This person should understand the program rules and guidelines well enough to answer standard questions, and approve or deny activities based on criteria and explain clearly why decisions were made.
What This Role Is Accountable For:
Program Operations and Coordination
- Coordinating and administering CSR programs and activities
- Program support such as managing tools, platforms, and documentation related to CSR
- Serving as first point of contact for employee questions and requests
- Collecting and organizing participation and impact information
- Ensuring programs are run in alignment with our established policies and guidance
Employee Engagement and Program Delivery
- Recruiting employees as participants by highlighting opportunities to get involved and proactively approaching teams about volunteering or engagement opportunities that may be a good fit
- Supporting logistics for events such as hackathons, volunteering experiences, and donation campaigns
Nonprofit Partner and Activity Coordination
- Identifying and researching potential nonprofit partners and opportunities aligned with program goals
- Communicating with nonprofit organizations to explore collaboration opportunities
- Helping evaluate which opportunities are feasible and meaningful for employees based on location, logistics, and impact
- Coordinating logistics and documentation for nonprofit partnerships, including due diligence, risk assessment, and contract processes
Program Development Support
- Contributing ideas for creative and engaging volunteering opportunities, campaigns, and community activities
- Supporting the development of skilled-volunteering opportunities as the program grows
- Helping shape activities so they are practical, impactful, and aligned with employee interests

- Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal. Other languages a plus.
Preferred qualities:
- First experience in social impact, non-profit, foundation, sustainability, or similar work
