CSM Group is hiring an IT Project Manager to lead client-facing, medium to large-scale IT projects. You will be responsible for guiding project teams, managing resources, and driving complex engagements to a successful conclusion, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do

Serve as a key client contact throughout all project engagements, setting expectations and ensuring satisfaction.
Lead medium to large-scale IT infrastructure projects using strong facilitation skills.
Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, work breakdowns, resource allocation, budget, and communication strategies.
Direct project team assignments, manage internal and external resources, and track progress against milestones.
Commission and decommission IT software and maintain financial controls of IT budgets.
Adjust plans and resources proactively to deliver projects on time, within budget, and within scope.
Foster a positive team environment that promotes momentum, enthusiasm, and pride.

What We're Looking For

A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Information Systems, Project Management, or Business Administration.
A minimum of 5-8 years of direct IT project management experience.
Strong knowledge of Project Management principles and methodologies.
Proven experience managing complex software deliverables with many interdependencies.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to work proactively under minimal direction and coordinate multiple projects across locations.
Proficiency in status reporting, running meetings via Teams and Zoom, and using Office 365, Excel, and Workbench.
A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel to client sites.

Nice to Have

Agile project management experience.
Familiarity with Clarity software.
