Responsibilities
- Support the Crushing Foreman in day-to-day site operations.
- Operate and oversee crushing spreads with minimal supervision when required.
- Monitor and improve production efficiency and site performance.
- Perform mechanical troubleshooting, basic repairs, and preventative maintenance on crushing equipment and plant systems.
- Delegate tasks and provide direction to crew members in a clear and effective manner.
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with site safety standards and procedures.
- Assist in identifying and resolving operational or mechanical issues on site.
- Maintain strong communication with foreman and crew to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
- Strong technical knowledge of aggregate production
- Equipment operations
- On-site leadership capabilities
- Understanding of production targets and site efficiencies
- Ability to support and guide crew members in day-to-day operations

- Wage: $35–$42/hour depending on experience
