Docplanner Group is hiring a Cross-Sell Sales Supervisor to lead and develop a high-performance sales team focused on customer acquisition and expansion. You will be responsible for achieving our commercial objectives and ensuring sustainable MRR growth by designing effective sales strategies and ensuring team compliance with key performance indicators.
What You'll Do
- Lead and motivate the Expansion Customer Success team, promoting their professional development and ensuring their performance.
- Develop and share best practices with team members, focusing on equity, efficiency, and effectiveness of our processes.
- Achieve key KPIs including Logos, MRR, CVR, and SLA.
- Develop and keep the work team motivated by providing clear direction, training, and constructive feedback.
- Master and ensure compliance with the internal process through constant monitoring of our KPIs.
- Drive and seek process improvements through detailed data analysis.
- Develop and implement strategies for the growth of the area to generate insights and build new commercial approaches.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of experience leading Customer Success or sales teams.
- Experience in commercial management of clients, including knowledge and experience managing VIP clients.
- Knowledge and experience in process scaling, and in building and implementing these processes.
- Experience handling data for process tracking and strategy creation.

- Intermediate English proficiency.
