About the Role

The ideal candidate will lead conversion rate optimization initiatives using A/B testing, user behavior analysis, and UX improvements to increase key performance metrics across digital touchpoints.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute A/B and multivariate tests to improve conversion metrics
  • Analyze user behavior data to identify friction points in customer journeys
  • Collaborate with design and development teams to implement test variants
  • Prioritize testing roadmap based on potential impact and effort
  • Translate business goals into measurable optimization objectives
  • Monitor test performance and validate statistical significance
  • Report on test outcomes and recommend scalable solutions
  • Optimize landing pages, checkout flows, and call-to-action elements
  • Utilize analytics platforms to track user interactions and drop-off rates
  • Maintain a testing calendar and ensure timely execution
  • Gather qualitative insights through surveys and session recordings
  • Work with stakeholders to align optimization goals with business strategy
  • Improve data accuracy across tracking systems
  • Document best practices and share learnings across teams
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging CRO methodologies
