About the Role
The CRM Specialist will be responsible for building, executing, and analyzing email and SMS campaigns through Klaviyo to enhance customer retention and lifetime value. This role requires strong data interpretation, campaign automation skills, and collaboration with marketing and analytics teams.
Responsibilities
- Design and launch targeted email and SMS campaigns using Klaviyo
- Build and manage automated customer journeys based on behavior and segmentation
- Analyze campaign performance to identify trends and opportunities
- Maintain clean and organized subscriber lists and data segments
- Collaborate with marketing to align CRM efforts with promotional calendars
- Ensure brand consistency across all customer messaging
- Monitor deliverability and inbox placement rates
- Troubleshoot technical issues within email templates and workflows
- Optimize subject lines, content, and CTAs for engagement and conversion
- Track and report on key CRM metrics including open rates, click-through rates, and revenue per email
- Use customer data to refine audience targeting and personalization
- Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign effectiveness
- Manage suppression lists and compliance with data privacy standards
- Support list growth initiatives through onboarding and opt-in strategies
- Integrate CRM data with e-commerce and analytics platforms
- Maintain documentation for workflows and campaign processes
- Stay current with Klaviyo platform updates and email marketing trends
- Ensure mobile responsiveness of all email designs
- Coordinate with design teams for asset creation
- Handle requests for custom reporting from stakeholders
- Escalate technical issues to appropriate support channels
- Participate in cross-functional planning sessions
- Follow brand voice and tone in all customer communications
- Support seasonal and flash sale campaigns
- Maintain calendar of scheduled CRM activities
