Responsibilities
- Execute and monitor automated customer journeys, lifecycle campaigns, and on-demand communications via email, SMS, and push notifications
- Monitor Kafka event streams using Coralogix to track data flow and resolve inconsistencies
- Support the creation and maintenance of dynamic customer segments
- Work closely with CRM, Product, and Data teams to align tracking standards and ensure seamless data integration
- Engage in CRM platform operations such as quality assurance, testing, and issue detection
- Assist in configuring promotional offers and bonuses based on predefined business rules
- Conduct routine audits of campaigns to verify delivery, personalization, and audience targeting
- Manage and update libraries of reusable content snippets and message templates
- Address issues in customer journey or bonus fulfillment processes with oversight from experienced team members
- Support the generation of performance reports and engagement analytics for CRM initiatives
