Medier is hiring a CRM PlayID Manager

Responsibilities

  • Execute and monitor automated customer journeys, lifecycle campaigns, and on-demand communications via email, SMS, and push notifications
  • Monitor Kafka event streams using Coralogix to track data flow and resolve inconsistencies
  • Support the creation and maintenance of dynamic customer segments
  • Work closely with CRM, Product, and Data teams to align tracking standards and ensure seamless data integration
  • Engage in CRM platform operations such as quality assurance, testing, and issue detection
  • Assist in configuring promotional offers and bonuses based on predefined business rules
  • Conduct routine audits of campaigns to verify delivery, personalization, and audience targeting
  • Manage and update libraries of reusable content snippets and message templates
  • Address issues in customer journey or bonus fulfillment processes with oversight from experienced team members
  • Support the generation of performance reports and engagement analytics for CRM initiatives
