Responsibilities
- Execute automated customer journeys, lifecycle campaigns, and one-time outreach across email, SMS, and push notifications
- Monitor data streams via Kafka using Coralogix to track event flow and resolve data discrepancies
- Assist in creating and refining customer audience segments based on behavioral and transactional data
- Work closely with CRM, Product, and Data teams to ensure consistent data tracking and integration across systems
- Engage in CRM platform management, including quality assurance, testing, and issue detection
- Support configuration of bonuses and promotional offers using predefined business rules
- Conduct routine audits of campaigns to verify delivery, personalization, and targeting precision
- Manage and update libraries of reusable content snippets and message templates
- Address issues in campaign or bonus execution with oversight from experienced team members
- Provide input for performance reporting, including engagement trends and campaign effectiveness
