Medier is hiring a CRM Operations Manager

Responsibilities

  • Execute automated customer journeys, lifecycle campaigns, and one-time outreach across email, SMS, and push notifications
  • Monitor data streams via Kafka using Coralogix to track event flow and resolve data discrepancies
  • Assist in creating and refining customer audience segments based on behavioral and transactional data
  • Work closely with CRM, Product, and Data teams to ensure consistent data tracking and integration across systems
  • Engage in CRM platform management, including quality assurance, testing, and issue detection
  • Support configuration of bonuses and promotional offers using predefined business rules
  • Conduct routine audits of campaigns to verify delivery, personalization, and targeting precision
  • Manage and update libraries of reusable content snippets and message templates
  • Address issues in campaign or bonus execution with oversight from experienced team members
  • Provide input for performance reporting, including engagement trends and campaign effectiveness
