Join Custom Ink as a CRM Marketing Coordinator and help build a more connected world. You’ll be part of the CRM Marketing team to deliver engaging, personalized experiences that ignite a sense of belonging and connection for our customers. Your work will support the mission to help people express what brings them together, one custom product at a time.
What You'll Do
- Create and deploy email, SMS, and Direct Mail campaigns, ensuring they are accurate and consistent with the Custom Ink brand.
- Set up campaigns, manage assets, and schedule sends using our CRM platform.
- Maintain and manage CRM segments and customer profile data to ensure accurate audience targeting and personalized messaging.
- Support campaign measurement by pulling reports, gathering and analyzing performance data, and identifying key trends.
- Work with internal teams like Site and Sales to help draft creative briefs and provide customer insights.
- Accurate setup and reporting of A/B and multi-variate test results that inform creative and segmentation strategy.
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in CRM or data-driven marketing, with a focus on email, SMS, or Direct Mail.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms: Email Service Providers (ESPs) and Customer Data Platforms (CDPs): Klaviyo, Hubspot, and Salesforce.
- Understanding of how AI can be leveraged for tasks like content generation, audience segmentation, and predictive analysis.
- A basic understanding of customer segmentation, personalization, and testing methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to pull reports and analyze data to surface key insights.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented mindset.
Nice to Have
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
