CRM Manager: Promotions & Gamification Relocation to Spain | Full-time About the Role We’re looking for a CRM Manager (Promotions & Gamification) to join the team at Medier and help execute high-impact promotional campaigns. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Team Lead and cross-functional teams to deliver engaging campaigns and gamified experiences that drive player retention and activity. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow into a strategic CRM role while working on complex, large-scale campaigns. What You’ll Do - Execute CRM campaigns for seasonal promotions and events - Support integration of gamification features into player journeys - Coordinate with Product, Design, and other teams to launch campaigns - Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements - Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of all CRM activities What We’re Looking For - Experience in CRM within iGaming or a similar industry - Strong understanding of promotional campaigns and player engagement - Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines - Analytical mindset with attention to detail - Good communication skills and ability to work in a team Relocation Package (Spain) We fully support your relocation: - Flights covered - Accommodation provided - Visa support - Work from Spain with an international team Reshape marketing with us.
