Every is hiring a CRM Manager to join our e-commerce agency. You will be responsible for developing and executing CRM strategies, managing client relationships, and analyzing campaign performance to drive customer engagement and growth. You'll report directly to the Head of Operations.
What You'll Do
- Create and implement CRM strategies on clients' Klaviyo accounts.
- Develop editorial calendars and manage campaign schedules.
- Write detailed briefs to guide designers and copywriters in email creation.
- Maintain strong client relationships through regular reporting, recurring calls, and prompt communication.
- Track KPIs, analyze CRM campaign performance, and adapt strategies based on insights.
- Propose new initiatives to strengthen and deepen customer relationships.

- A minimum of 2 years of experience in CRM or a related e-commerce role.
