Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and implementation of CRM campaigns and automated workflows, covering content creation and testing across email, SMS, push alerts, and in-app messages
- Develop and apply audience segmentation approaches to improve patient engagement and personalize communication content
- Collaborate with the Data team to assess campaign performance and identify ways to increase efficiency or scalability
- Establish performance baselines and evaluate campaign outcomes to guide future testing strategies
- Coordinate with Product and Engineering teams to ensure timely delivery of key patient communications as offerings evolve
- Share updates on marketing initiatives and performance outcomes with internal teams and external partners
