Responsibilities
- Manage the client lifecycle after deal closure, ensuring transparency, timely follow-ups, execution monitoring, and satisfaction through organized CRM practices, coordination, and reporting.
- Monitor the status of deals, customer interactions, delivery milestones, and pending actions.
- Deliver periodic, concise summaries outlining advancement, delays, inactive accounts, and unresolved concerns.
- Leverage CRM data to generate actionable insights and prioritize tasks.
- Maintain and manage the CRM system for all confirmed deals and active clients.
- Serve as the primary coordination contact for clients following deal confirmation.
- Inform clients of project status, schedules, and any modifications.
- Monitor delivery timelines and follow up on payment status or discrepancies.
- Prepare and manage post-confirmation documentation including contracts and official correspondence as needed.
- Proactively escalate potential risks to safeguard project timelines and client satisfaction.
- Produce structured reports covering deal progress, client status, execution, and outstanding issues.
- Analyze customer engagement patterns to classify clients as active, inactive, or under-engaged.
- Support business expansion by organizing client insights and contact data for future engagement efforts.
