As a CRM Administrator, you will be responsible for the ongoing management and optimization of our HubSpot CRM platform. You'll ensure system integrity across marketing, sales, and customer success by maintaining user roles, permissions, data structure, and process automation. Your work will directly support scalable growth and operational efficiency within a global revenue organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain HubSpot settings including users, roles, custom properties, and data hygiene protocols
- Design, implement, and troubleshoot marketing workflows, email campaigns, automated sequences, A/B tests, and dynamic content
- Ensure accurate UTM tagging, campaign tracking, audience segmentation, and lead routing to support demand generation efforts
- Support lifecycle management and assist in preparing campaign assets, QA, and testing processes
- Collaborate with content teams on social media automation within HubSpot when required
- Set up and maintain Sales Hub features including pipelines, deal stages, lead scoring models, task queues, and outreach sequences
- Partner with the RevOps team on reporting, dashboard creation, funnel analysis, and documentation of field mappings and processes
- Manage and troubleshoot integrations between HubSpot and other GTM tools such as ChurnZero, Freshdesk, Segment, Zapier, and sales engagement platforms
- Provide training and onboarding for internal teams using CRM and marketing automation systems
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience administering and optimizing HubSpot CRM environments
- Solid understanding of marketing automation, lead lifecycle management, and campaign execution
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and system reliability
- Experience with UTM structures, attribution modeling, segmentation strategies, and lead routing logic
- Hands-on background building automated workflows and nurturing campaigns in HubSpot
- Familiarity with sales pipeline structures, deal progression, and lead scoring frameworks
- Ability to diagnose and resolve integration issues across marketing and sales technology tools
- Experience training non-technical users on CRM platforms
Preferred Background
- Experience working in remote-first, distributed teams
- Background in SaaS or online education technology
- Knowledge of revenue operations principles and operational analytics
- Exposure to data enrichment tools and sales engagement platforms

Work Environment
This is a remote role open to candidates in Europe. While the team operates fully remotely, office access is available in Athens, Crete, and Limassol for those who prefer occasional in-person collaboration.
