As the Senior Lead, International Brand Media, you will shape and implement media strategies that strengthen brand presence across critical global regions. Your work will focus on expanding awareness and deepening audience connection through data-backed planning and execution in markets including the UK/IE, DACH, GCC, and ANZ.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage media strategies tailored to regional dynamics, aligning with local marketing goals to amplify brand visibility
- Build strategic relationships with media platforms such as OTT, linear television, audio, and out-of-home networks to secure high-impact placements
- Collaborate with global and regional teams to coordinate programmatic and social media buying efforts
- Use consumer behavior insights and performance metrics to guide market-specific recommendations and optimize campaign outcomes
- Define and track relevant KPIs in partnership with analytics and media teams to ensure strategic alignment
- Work closely with creative, talent, wholesale marketing, and sports divisions to ensure a unified brand message across channels
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years in media, marketing, or agency roles with a focus on global strategy
- Proven success in leading international media initiatives with measurable results
- Strong grasp of media measurement, analytics, and performance evaluation
- Ability to influence cross-functional partners and communicate complex media concepts clearly
- Experience integrating AI tools into workflow to enhance efficiency and quality, while maintaining high standards
