Join HealthHero's Critical Incident Response team as an Affiliate to provide trauma and critical incident support services. Deliver timely, professional interventions to help employees recover after traumatic events through onsite and remote debriefings as part of a trusted network in the mental health services market.
What You'll Do
- Undertake Critical Incident debriefings as part of the HealthHero Affiliate Network
- Deliver onsite and remote support to clients
- Participate in regular debriefs post-delivery of support services
What We're Looking For
- BACP/UKCP/NCS registered Counsellor
- CISM qualification
- Demonstrable experience of facilitating critical incident debriefing sessions
- Significant experience working with trauma
- Experience of safeguarding and managing risk with client groups
- Strong organisational skills
- Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
- IT Skills including proficiency using Microsoft Systems
- Proficiency using electronic clinical record systems
