Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is hiring a Critical Environment Engineer for 2nd Shift to ensure the Critical Environments Preventive Maintenance Program is properly implemented and maintained across designated client facilities. In this onsite role in Charlotte, NC, you will focus on operating, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing all critical systems.
What You'll Do
- Apply advanced knowledge to operate all mechanical and electrical systems.
- Perform daily inspections, log equipment status, and review critical infrastructure.
- Support and supervise maintenance and project activities.
- Assist project managers with scope development and understand contractor methods and change control.
- Complete corrective and preventative maintenance work orders from the CMMS.
- Enforce all Critical Environments Change Control Process requirements.
- Create incident reports and implement emergency response protocols.
- Respond to alarms from the BMS or other alerts during and outside normal hours.
- Enforce facility housekeeping standards and participate in company safety training.
What We're Looking For
- Knowledge of commercial or industrial building systems and critical infrastructure.
Nice to Have
- Technical school or military training.
