Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is hiring a Critical Environment Engineer (2nd Shift)

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate in-depth understanding and operational control of all mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Conduct routine daily inspections and equipment checks for critical infrastructure, documenting findings accurately.
  • Support the implementation of maintenance and project tasks, including supervision of assigned projects.
  • Collaborate with project managers on defining project scope and planning development activities.
  • Comprehend and monitor service contractors’ work scopes, procedures, and adherence to change control protocols.
  • Execute corrective and preventative maintenance tasks as assigned through the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
  • Ensure strict compliance with the Critical Environments Change Control Process for all modifications.
  • Generate incident reports for shift-related events and activate emergency response procedures when required.
  • Respond promptly to system alarms and irregular conditions in critical areas, including after-hours alerts from BMS or personnel.
  • Maintain high standards of facility cleanliness and enforce housekeeping policies.
  • Attend safety training sessions and apply safe work practices consistently.
