Responsibilities
- Demonstrate in-depth understanding and operational control of all mechanical and electrical systems.
- Conduct routine daily inspections and equipment checks for critical infrastructure, documenting findings accurately.
- Support the implementation of maintenance and project tasks, including supervision of assigned projects.
- Collaborate with project managers on defining project scope and planning development activities.
- Comprehend and monitor service contractors’ work scopes, procedures, and adherence to change control protocols.
- Execute corrective and preventative maintenance tasks as assigned through the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
- Ensure strict compliance with the Critical Environments Change Control Process for all modifications.
- Generate incident reports for shift-related events and activate emergency response procedures when required.
- Respond promptly to system alarms and irregular conditions in critical areas, including after-hours alerts from BMS or personnel.
- Maintain high standards of facility cleanliness and enforce housekeeping policies.
- Attend safety training sessions and apply safe work practices consistently.
