Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary legal advisor on criminal law issues and guide organizational responses
- Enhance the global Compliance Management System with a focus on criminal law frameworks
- Track evolving regulations and convert them into actionable compliance enhancements
- Lead worldwide compliance programs, including policy development, training, communications, and ethical culture initiatives
- Support ongoing risk assessments and early warning systems in coordination with key departments
- Develop and sustain a global compliance network and work closely with central compliance functions
- Establish and manage an independent, secure system for handling compliance cases
- Lead the evaluation, ranking, and routing of reported cases to designated investigators
- Supervise active investigations and analyze results to inform future practices
- Promote confidence in the global whistleblowing process via education and outreach
- Generate reports on case data, emerging trends, and compliance metrics for leadership
- Determine and implement corrective actions following verified policy breaches
- Provide functional leadership to the Compliance Case Management team and align stakeholders across regions
