About the Role

Fisher & Paykel Appliances, Inc. is hiring a Credit & Receivables Coordinator to support our Credit Analysts in managing a high-volume portfolio. You will play a key role in resolving disputes, pursuing timely payments, and ensuring accurate documentation and reporting.

What You'll Do

  • Resolve disputes and expedite resolution by working cross-functionally with internal departments.
  • Monitor, track, and pursue prompt payment on an assigned book of receivable accounts.
  • Follow up on payment commitments and escalate issues to Credit Analysts.
  • Provide reporting on bad debt, delinquencies, disputed balances, and extended terms.
  • Conduct regular credit limit reviews and gather required information for assessment.
  • Receive and check new account documents for completeness, attain credit reports, and send out references.
  • Process credit notes timely and accurately, providing backup support to Credit Analysts.

What We're Looking For

  • A minimum of one year of experience in the credit and receivables function.
  • Experience working with collections, order releases, dispute resolution, account reconciliation, cash allocation, and issuing credit memos.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues.

Nice to Have

  • Experience preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Preferably a degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Strong Excel user, 10 key, with experience using JDE, Oracle, and experience within customer portals.
