Allianz is looking for a Credit / Engagement Manager to join our banking division. As the Business Owner for the credit process, you will be responsible for overseeing and developing the department's activities, contributing to company performance, and ensuring robust risk management.
What You'll Do
- Supervise all processes within the credit department as Business Owner.
- Define processing rules for back and middle office operations, whether internal or outsourced.
- Manage the subscription tools for credit activities.
- Establish general credit attribution rules and implement new regulations.
- Manage and supervise delegations for credit activities.
- Ensure compliance of files and procedures, adhering to prudential rules.
- Lead projects within your domain and ensure their operational deployment.
- Manage your perimeter's budget, balancing profitability, competitiveness, and simplicity of offers.
- Define and implement actions and processes to improve overall credit activity performance.
- Lead the governance body responsible for significant credits and risk monitoring.
- Evaluate the risks of commitment files.
- Validate financing files and facilitate decisions for files outside delegation.
- Identify risks related to the activity and organize the control framework.
- Promote a risk culture in service of development and client satisfaction.
- Work closely with distribution networks to ensure quality results.
- Support the skill development of team members and distribution networks, including proposing internal and external workshops.
- Communicate and promote the company's strategic direction to teams.
- Organize human resource management within your scope.
