Responsibilities
- Managing a large customer ledger (2000+ customers) and maintaining strong account relationships
- Making proactive outbound calls to resolve overdue accounts
- Strong reconciliation and problem-solving skills
- Negotiating payment outcomes while delivering excellent customer service
- Investigating discrepancies and reconciling accounts
- Working to clear KPIs and contribute to team and business results
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Excel skills and keen attention to detail is desirable
Requirements
- Enjoy outbound calling and aren’t afraid of tough conversations
- Are resilient, persistent, and motivated by targets and results
- Have experience working with high volumes of customers or accounts
- Bring strong problem-solving and reconciliation skills
- Communicate clearly and confidently, both verbally and in writing
- Are comfortable using Excel and working with detail and accuracy
