- Assist with balance transfers, credit limit adjustments, and account upgrades

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings and policies
- Follow compliance and regulatory guidelines in all customer interactions
- Meet performance targets related to sales, service quality, and efficiency
- Document customer interactions and update account information accurately
- Escalate complex issues to specialized teams when necessary
- Promote digital banking tools and self-service options
- Support fraud detection efforts by monitoring account activity
- Guide customers through payment options and repayment plans
- Maintain confidentiality of customer financial data
