Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (CIBC) is hiring a Credit Card Representative (Sales and Service Specialist) Remote - 12 month contract

About the Role

Join CIBC as a Credit Card Representative (Sales and Service Specialist) on a 12-month contract. In this remote role, you will be the first point of contact for clients calling with questions about their credit card operations and banking needs. You'll identify client needs, provide information on CIBC's products, and help clients achieve their financial goals.

What You'll Do

  • Answer incoming calls from credit card clients and calls transferred from other departments.
  • Assist clients with their credit card operations and inquiries.
  • Identify client needs and proactively suggest solutions to help them achieve their financial goals.
  • Obtain complete information on clients' issues, summarize, and verify the facts.
  • Provide information and solutions to existing and potential clients regarding CIBC's credit card products and services.
  • Connect and refer clients to the right CIBC contacts to enable their financial success.
  • Provide support for clients by helping them to manage their accounts and products.

What We're Looking For

  • Ability to work independently as an Agent @ Home with a secure workspace, in a room or office with a door.
  • Wired Internet connection, capable of continuously supporting excellent call quality and high-speed response rate (minimum download speed of 15 mbps and upload speed of 10 mbps).
  • Satellite internet providers are prohibited and cannot be used.
  • Flexibility to work shifts between Monday to Sunday 8:00AM to 12:00AM, including evenings and weekends.
  • Must be able to attend your primary CIBC location within two hours upon request.
  • Solid written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong knowledge of CIBC systems and products to allow quick resolution of problems.
  • Deep understanding of CIBC’s suite of products.

This is a hybrid role based out of the Fredericton-440 King, King Place 4th Floor location.
