Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries about credit card accounts via phone and digital channels
  • Educate clients on credit card features, benefits, and responsible usage
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable financial products
  • Process credit card applications and verify applicant eligibility
  • Assist with balance transfers, credit limit adjustments, and account upgrades
  • Resolve billing disputes and transaction concerns efficiently
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings and policies
  • Follow compliance and regulatory guidelines in all customer interactions
  • Meet performance targets related to sales, service quality, and efficiency
  • Document customer interactions and update account information accurately
  • Escalate complex issues to specialized teams when necessary
  • Promote digital banking tools and self-service options
  • Support fraud detection efforts by monitoring account activity
  • Guide customers through payment options and repayment plans
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer financial data
  • Adhere to scripts and service protocols while personalizing client conversations
  • Participate in ongoing training and performance feedback sessions
  • Collaborate with team members to share best practices
  • Ensure consistent delivery of service standards
  • Use CRM systems to manage customer records and track outcomes
