About the Role

Allianz is hiring a Credit Back Office Officer for its Euler Hermes Group in Bucharest. You will be responsible for managing credit limit requests and administrative client requirements, while supporting various business units.

What You'll Do

  • Manage Credit Limit Requests and allocate them to an underwriter.
  • Handle administrative requirements for clients and follow up on them.
  • Raise tickets to local business units when more information is needed.
  • Handle administrative tasks in IRP/EDM systems related to risk activity.
  • Maintain contact with Policy Administration, Underwriting, Claims, and Collections departments.
  • Support the sales department and other Euler Hermes Group business units.
  • Provide various reports and statistics for senior management.
  • Train on the RBO tasks for several transferred GCC business units.
  • Take active part in Continual Process Improvement meetings within the team.

Nice to Have

  • Student or Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Banking, or Risk Management.
  • Knowledge in risk assessment, market knowledge, or the banking/financial services sector.
  • 1-3 years in insurance, credit insurance, risk, or corporate banking.
  • Expertise and experience in the assessment of businesses.
  • Innovative thinkers with a strong understanding of artificial intelligence and its applications.

Technical Stack

  • MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
