Coca-Cola FEMSA is hiring a Credit and Collections Executive for its Commercial Management team. In this role, based at the Corporate Office, you will assess client financial solvency and credit risk, implement collection strategies, and maintain positive relationships to ensure payment recovery and business continuity.
What You'll Do
- Evaluate the financial solvency and risk of new and existing clients through credit scoring.
- Implement and execute preventive and reactive collection strategies to reduce overdue portfolio.
- Negotiate payment plans with clients experiencing financial difficulties.
- Ensure strict control of the client portfolio and update management systems with payment information.
- Present risk reports and analysis to management, proposing corrective actions when necessary.
- Maintain positive relationships with clients to facilitate payment recovery and guarantee business continuity.
- Resolve payment-related disputes and issues professionally and promptly.
- Collaborate with sales teams to analyze credit profiles and make informed decisions.
What We're Looking For
- University degree in Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, Actuarial Science, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Credit and Collections and financial analysis.
- Technical expertise in advanced Power BI, Data Analytics, financial analysis, credit risk assessment, advanced Excel, and Python.
- Strong performance in the following competencies: analytical ability, good customer relations, and logical reasoning.
- Possession of the required documentation (valid visa or migratory document as applicable) to work in the country.
