Responsibilities
- Film spontaneous, authentic moments in the workplace using a raw, unfiltered style suited for social platforms like TikTok, focusing on behind-the-scenes content and timely cultural commentary.
- Lead production efforts from behind the camera, directing and filming iPhone-based content that feels genuine while guiding team members and executives during on-camera appearances.
- Edit videos using mobile-first tools to produce concise, compelling content optimized for social algorithms, incorporating captions, pacing, and trending visual effects.
- Develop and execute original short-form video concepts, managing all stages from ideation to final delivery while leading team involvement.
- Monitor social platforms including TikTok, Reels, and Shorts to identify emerging trends, audio, and formats, then integrate them into the content strategy.
- Work closely with marketing and design teams to maintain brand consistency while exploring innovative and experimental content formats.
- Provide creative input on hooks, timing, and narrative structure to improve audience engagement and content performance.
- Use performance data to assess impact and iteratively refine content to meet specific reach, sharing, and engagement targets.
