Oh is looking for a Creator Experience Manager to ensure an exceptional customer journey for new, notable creators joining our platform. You will be the primary point of contact, managing onboarding, support, and promotional campaign collaboration.
What You'll Do
- Conduct creator outreach and research to find suitable candidates for recruitment.
- Liaise with potential sign-ups via social media, email, or video calls.
- Thoroughly research creators before engagement calls.
- Address questions about the platform and provide ongoing support.
- Ensure timely follow-ups with potential sign-ups.
- Respond to enquiries from notable creators passed over from the Social Media Team.
- Deliver video calls for platform training and walkthroughs.
- Discuss promotional activity and liaise with the Social Team.
- Work with the social media team to create promotional content and develop official launch plans.
- Provide ongoing support and advice on content, features, and marketing.
- Perform account analysis to help creators reach their goals.
- Develop new recruitment ideas and methodologies.
What We're Looking For
- Fluent speaking and written English.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a Customer Service or Talent Management role.
- A passion for and understanding of all social media platforms.
- Good working knowledge of Instagram, X, TikTok, and Facebook.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Ability to cope well under pressure.
- Understands and demonstrates a commitment to confidentiality.
Nice to Have
- Ideally educated to degree level.
- Fluent in French, German, Italian, Spanish, Danish, Finnish, Swedish, Icelandic, or Norwegian.
