About the Role
The ideal candidate will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project lifecycles, and act as the central point of communication between stakeholders, creatives, and production staff to ensure seamless execution of visual and interactive projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project execution from kickoff to delivery
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and timelines
- Coordinate communication between design, development, and client teams
- Track project budgets and resource allocation
- Identify and mitigate workflow bottlenecks
- Facilitate regular team check-ins and status updates
- Maintain accurate documentation for all project phases
- Ensure deliverables meet established quality benchmarks
- Manage change requests and scope adjustments
- Support creative direction with logistical planning
- Oversee asset handoffs between internal and external partners
- Monitor risks and escalate issues proactively
- Use project management tools to track progress
- Standardize processes to improve team efficiency
- Conduct post-project reviews to capture lessons learned
Nice to Have
- PMP or CAPM certification
- Background in animation or motion graphics production
- Familiarity with agile methodologies
- Experience with time tracking and invoicing systems
- Understanding of accessibility standards in digital media
