At Revley, we are hiring a Creative Strategist - Meta Ads to be the driving force behind the ideation and optimization of our paid media creatives. You will ensure every piece of content is optimized for performance on platforms like Facebook and Instagram while staying true to our brand’s premium, vintage-inspired aesthetic.

What You'll Do

Develop engaging, conversion-focused ad concepts tailored to a 45+ demographic.
Partner with video editors, designers, and marketers to bring creative ideas to life.
Monitor trends, competitor campaigns, and consumer insights to stay ahead.
Analyze ad performance and apply data-driven insights to improve creative outputs.
Conduct systematic creative testing (copy, visuals, formats) to identify high-performing assets.
Ensure all creatives align with our premium aesthetic while clearly communicating product value.

What We're Looking For

2+ years in a creative strategy role within e-commerce, DTC brands, or with campaigns targeting 45+ audiences.
Strong knowledge of Facebook & Instagram ad best practices.
Skilled in interpreting ad performance data and applying insights to optimize creative assets.
Ability to craft compelling narratives that emotionally resonate with older audiences.
Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with designers, editors, and marketers.

Nice to Have

Familiarity with other advertising platforms.
