Responsibilities
- Develop and execute ad scripts and creative concepts for short-form ads every week
- Source, brief, and manage UGC creators end-to-end
- Lead agencies as a director: you own the script, the cutting logic, and the creative direction
- Read performance data and iterate creatives based on results
- Maintain high output at high quality: 10+ creatives per week
Requirements
- You've produced paid social creatives at real scale: 10+ creatives/week, ad budgets of €200k+ managed within a team
- You're a director, not a brief writer: script, editing direction, creative vision, all yours
- You think in short-form and genuinely understand what stops Gen Z and Millennials mid-scroll
- You're plugged into current trends, formats, and creator culture, not just theoretically
- Fluent in English and German
Nice to Have
- Background in B2B or high-growth environments & experience in tech or SaaS
