SportsXLab is seeking a Creative Producer to be the driving creative force behind SportsXLab Originals. You will bring authentic voices to life and help define how SportsXLab tells its stories, with massive creative freedom to shape the tone, structure, and direction from day one.
What You'll Do
- Research and develop story ideas around sport, people, and performance
- Identify and reach out to potential interview partners (athletes, coaches, parents, experts)
- Conduct and edit interviews (text, audio, or video — depending on your skills)
- Collaborate with our social media & design team to publish and promote the stories
- Help build and expand our storytelling network
What We're Looking For
- Passion for sports, storytelling, and authentic human stories
- Experience in journalism, production, content creation, or communication
- Strong sense of initiative and ownership
- Creative, structured, and independent work style
- Excitement for joining a project in its early, shaping phase

You will work closely with our founding team in a company of 1-10 employees. SportsXLab’s mission is to change the way people in sports learn, connect, and get inspired. We’re in our build-from-scratch phase and that’s exactly where impact happens.
