Genesis is hiring a Creative Marketing Specialist to join PlantIn, an ecosystem company developing ML-based hobby applications. You will be responsible for generating ideas for effective advertising creatives that drive results for the PlantIn and CoinIn apps.
What You'll Do
- Search for and generate ideas for advertising creatives.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions with the creative team.
- Create technical specifications for the design team and monitor their execution.
- Participate in filming materials for creatives.
- Analyze the advertising market and competitors.
- Analyze the effectiveness of advertising creatives and propose ideas for improving results.
- Adapt creatives for different advertising platforms.
What We're Looking For
- From 6 months of experience as a creative marketer in performance marketing or digital advertising.
- Ability to create clear and understandable technical specifications for the production team.
- Copywriting skills for short, concise, and effective advertising texts.
- Understanding the basics of visual storytelling and composition.
- Understanding marketing metrics.
- Proficiency in English at Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or higher.
Nice to Have
- Experience working with AI tools for content generation (ChatGPT, MidJourney, Runway, etc.).

Work Mode
This is an onsite position located in Podil, Kyiv, Ukraine.
